Communications and SMS
Schedova may send appointment-related SMS messages on behalf of businesses that use the Schedova platform. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, cancellation notices, and customer support replies.
Businesses that use Schedova are responsible for obtaining consent from clients before sending SMS messages. Clients may provide consent when booking or managing appointments, when providing their phone number to the business, or through an opt-in form or checkbox presented by the business.
Phone numbers and SMS consent information are used only to provide appointment-related messaging services. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
Clients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Clients may reply HELP for help or contact support@schedova.com.
