These terms explain the basic rules for using Schedova as a booking and appointment scheduling app for independent service providers.

By accessing or using Schedova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Schedova

Schedova is provided to help service providers manage appointments, clients, services, and related account information.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Appointment and client information

You are responsible for the client, appointment, service, and business information you enter into Schedova, including making sure you have the right to use that information.

SMS messaging

If you use SMS features, you are responsible for sending appointment-related messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users and clients may opt out by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP.

Acceptable use

You may not use Schedova for unlawful activity, spam, abusive behavior, security testing without permission, or any activity that could harm the service or other users.

Service availability

We work to keep Schedova available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Schedova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Schedova.

Changes to terms or service

We may update these terms or update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Schedova from time to time.
