Welcome to Schedova. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Schedova mobile app, website, and related services (“Schedova,” “the app,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account or using Schedova, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Schedova Does
Schedova helps independent service providers manage clients, services, appointments, scheduling, reminders, and related business information.
Schedova is intended for appointment-based businesses and independent professionals. You are responsible for how you use the app and for the information you enter.
2. Accounts
To use Schedova, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Client and Appointment Information
Schedova allows you to enter and manage client information, appointments, services, prices, notes, phone numbers, email addresses, SMS opt-in status, and related business records.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter, store, and use any client information you add to Schedova.
You should not enter unnecessary sensitive information into client notes or appointment notes.
4. SMS and Messaging
Schedova may include SMS or messaging-related features for appointment reminders or booking-related communication.
You are responsible for obtaining any required permission or consent from clients before sending SMS messages or recording SMS opt-in status.
Clients should be able to opt out of text messages. You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests and following applicable messaging rules.
Schedova may limit, disable, or modify SMS-related features at any time.
5. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Schedova may offer Free and Pro features. Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase.
Subscription purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the applicable store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms and policies.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Schedova may change, add, or remove Free or Pro features over time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Schedova to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Send spam, unwanted messages, or unlawful communications
- Store or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data
- Interfere with the security or operation of the app
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app or its services
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of Schedova is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

9. App Availability
We aim to keep Schedova available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Schedova may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
10. No Professional Advice
Schedova provides scheduling and business organization tools. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.
You are responsible for your own business decisions, client communications, compliance obligations, and recordkeeping.
11. Third-Party Services
Schedova may rely on third-party service providers, such as backend, authentication, payment, app store, and messaging providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Your use of Apple App Store, Google Play, Supabase, Twilio, RevenueCat, or other third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schedova is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or missed appointments arising from your use of the app.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
Your continued use of Schedova after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
